RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At NN Glam Kingdom, we want to make returns as clear and straightforward as possible. This policy applies to purchases made through our online store.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you purchase an item online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

RETURN CONDITION

You may inspect or try on an item in the same way that you reasonably would in a shop.

Returned items should be in their original condition and, where possible, returned with their original tags and packaging.

We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Please provide your order number, receipt or other proof of purchase when requesting a return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at nellysglamkingdom@gmail.com so that we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at nellysglamkingdom@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate refund, repair, replacement or other remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

These may include:

•⁠  ⁠Personalised or custom-made items.
•⁠  ⁠Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken, including certain underwear or similar hygiene-sensitive products.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased in a sale or at a discounted price have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, colour or item, please contact us at nellysglamkingdom@gmail.com.

The simplest option may be to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the item you would like.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the applicable refund.

For a valid cancellation of an online order, we will refund the amount due, including the cost of our standard delivery option where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Where you return goods following cancellation, we will issue the refund within the period required by UK consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, where permitted by law.

Please note that your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
